Services

A comprehensive list of the services we offer is shown below.  If there is something that you need which is not mentioned please feel free to discuss it with us.  If its possible we will arrange it.  In order to make the pricing structure simpler we have divided the services into two main categories, Contract and Additional. Contract services are agreed upon and paid on a yearly basis. Additional services are employed as and when requested by you and are paid for when invoiced on a monthly basis. As every house is different and each person an individual, we would like to meet you and see your property, in order for us to ascertain your needs.  This way a plan can be tailor-made specifically for you.  We will then give you a written contract, detailing our services to you.  When all the details are agreed we can then go ahead.  If you are planning on renting your property see the special section on renting.

Contract Services

These services are offered on a yearly basis and include:

• Weekly, fortnightly or monthly checks. These are carried out when the property is empty.  Typically we would open the windows to air the property, run off hot water, check for damp, damage or insect infestations.  A written monthly report including photos if necessary will then be forwarded to property owner.  If any remedial action is required we will advise, obtain a quote and act on the owner's authorization.

• Mail collection.  Utilities can be paid on instruction of owner.  Other mail will be held for collection or forwarded to owner as requested.

• Key holding.  We will hold keys in order to allow access to authorized visitors or builders etc.

• Cess pit.  If the cesspit needs emptying we will arrange and the cost will be invoiced to the owner.

• Garden maintenance.  We have experienced and knowledgeable gardeners and landscapers.  So whether you want your beds weeding or a complete new look we can supervise this for you.

• Pool maintenance.  Regular cleaning, chlorine and ph checks, and maintenance for the area surrounding the pool are all necessities for good health and safety management.

Additional Services

These services are requested by you, as and when you need them.

• Cleaning and laundry.  Arrive at your holiday home to find it sparkling clean with freshly made up beds and the fridge stocked up and cold. If you don’t want to clean at all during your stay simply arrange a mid-stay clean.  You don’t even have to do your laundry. Sit back and relax, we’ll take care of it for you!  We need as little as 48 hours notice.

• Welcome packs.  Maybe you just want a few sachets of tea or coffee and some fresh milk for your arrival.  You may even want us to do a weeks shopping for you. Why waste valuable relaxing time down the supermarket! Just give us your list and we'll take care of it for you.

• Shopping assistance.  Need to buy something for your home and don’t know where to start looking? We’ll source the best options for you and take you there!  That way you don’t waste valuable time going from one shop to another. Our advice is free and happily given, but if you want us to accompany you we’ll happily oblige.

• Car rental.  We can obtain prices for you from reliable local companies and arrange bookings on your behalf.  Prices are kept low due to a frequent use basis. Cars are also delivered free of charge.

• Meet and greet.  We can meet customers at the airport or at their accommodation.  Taxi transfers can also be arranged.

• 24 hour emergency call out. This service is for lost keys, being locked out or serious breakdown in property, which necessitates immediate assistance.  All our customers are entitled to this service and are only charged for it if they use it.

•  Equipment hire.  From baby equipment to portable BBQs if you need it we will find it!

Ad hoc Services

What do you need to get the most from your home from home? We have the experience and local contacts to help – just ask!  If you need a plumber, electrician, painter or odd job man we will find a reliable one and provide you with a quote.  When you agree the price and authorize the work we will oversee this for you.  Minor building works can also be arranged as well as carpentry and plastering.
