Key Property Management Services: Terms and Conditions

1. The contract is valid for 1 year starting from the date signed. If either Key Property Management Services (hereafter known as KPMS) or the customer (property owner) wish to terminate this contract before that time either party must give written notice at least two months in advance.
2. Property Owners (customers) are responsible for taking out appropriate insurance cover for their property and are also recommended to obtain Public Liability insurance if they intend to rent or let the property. If car hire or taxi transfers are arranged by KPMS it is the customer's responsibility to check adequate insurance cover is in place. Rental car contracts are between the customer and rental Car Company. We recommend that our customers always travel with the necessary insurance cover available to all travelers.
3. Building and Maintenance jobs. Whilst we will do everything possible to ensure that only reliable, recognized professionals are used for any type of maintenance or building work we accept no liability for work carried out on customers properties once the customer has authorized the work to commence. The agreement for any building or maintenance work is between the customer and the professional employed.
4. Customers who take out our rental package must agree to exclusively use our cleaning and additional services if any. Rental income cannot be guaranteed. KPMS accept no liability if rentee causes damage's although we will act appropriately to prevent further damage being caused. It is the responsibility of the customer (property owner) to seek recompense, if necessary, from the rentee's.
5. Payment. On signing the contract for our yearly basic package or/and our yearly rental package the payments can be made in cash, Greek bank account cheque or paid into our account at the Eurobank. If any other payment method or bank transfer is used we, KPMS, do not accept any extra charges incurred. Additional services, including cleaning, must be requested in writing (fax or email accepted) at least 48 hours in advance, unless previously agreed and prepaid. A monthly invoice will be issued be any additional services and this must be paid within five working days of receipt of invoice. The only exception is the emergency call out fee, which must be paid immediately on call out.
